花改場--萱草‘花蓮7號-豐美’之育成--08 - 農業知識入口網

結論

每年金針花季為花東觀光產業帶來不少效益，本場為因應產業需求，於民國 112 年推出具觀賞用且可食用新品種萱草‘花蓮 7 號-豐美’，此品種為臺灣第一個取得品種權的金針菜品種於民國 113 年完成三家非專屬品種權授權。此新品種之生長勢強健，抗病性佳，植株高度適宜人工田間採收花蕾，其花蕾數量多且易採摘，甜度高適合鮮食及乾燥加工，花期長開花時間較早，優於‘臺東 6 號’和‘黃花金針菜’，助於食用金針加工及觀光產業品種多樣化利用，有望推展萱草‘花蓮 7 號-豐美’之栽培面積。
