Granulomatous outgrowth on the body surface and the internal organs were observed of reared catfish. Histologically, the granulomatous tissue consists of giant cell. Among the ganulomatous tissue investigated ，two categories of giant cells were observed underlight microscope. One kind of the giant cells showed structural zonation: with a central amorphous central core，a transitional zone and a peripheral cellular zone.
