Dr. Robert E. Dils, Pack Professor and Leader, Cooperative Watershed Management Unit, Colorado State University, spent two months in the summer of 1963 to study watershed management in Taiwan. During his stay in Taiwan as JCRR consultant, he made six field trips, visited ten important watersheds, gave six talks, including one in watershed seminar, and exchanged view with many technicians of related fields.
