This report contains 25 papers presented by the Delegation of the Republic of China to the Third Far East Seed Improvement Workshop held at Manila, Philippines, from January 31 to February 21, 1961, under the sponsorship of the International Cooperation Administration of the United States Government. The First Workshop was held from June 25 to July 14, 1956, at Taipei, Taiwan, Republic of China, and the Second Workshop from May 11 to 30, 1959, at Tokyo, Japan.
